Please arrive on time and with a bare face, if possible. If you are coming from work and cannot remove your makeup, a cleanse will be provided but please note this will cut into your appointment time. Please have a detailed list of products you are currently using at home or bring them with you. Also try not to purchase any new skincare products before your first appointment as KC will be recommending a customized home care regimen for you.

How often should I get a facial?

Ideally, once a month is best, but treatments can be spaced out 4-6 weeks depending on skin type and concerns. Consistency is key when it comes to results.

A KC Signature Facial is a client favorite and perfect for all skin types. It also allows KC to assess your skin type, condition and sensitivity. From there, we will create a customized plan for home care and future treatments.

What should I expect after my facial?

If your appointment is later in the day, KC typically prepares your skin for night and no cleansing is necessary before bed. If your service is completed early in the day protection products, like an SPF, will be applied and cleansing before bed will be recommended.

Will my card be charged if I book an appointment online?

You will only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no fees will be charged to your card placed on file.
